Solar Limpets Training
Solar Limpets training can be carried out onsite or online through our self-training courses.
Introduction
Solar Limpets are warranted for 20 years, on condition that they are ONLY installed by persons trained and certificated by Solar Limpets, installation instructions are complied with and that the roof has been surveyed as suitable for PV installation.
On-site training
Solar Limpets personnel will travel to and carry out practical training at your customer's site. Upon completion of the training, the installer will be asked to sign a document to confirm that they understand the key features of the Solar Limpets installation. A certificate will then be issued to confirm the installer has completed the training for the specific roof type.
In-house training
The Solar Limpets in-house training certification procedure enables your existing certificated installer/s to train other members of your install team at no extra cost.
Online training
Online Self-Training is available for each of the Limpet applications and involves the individual using our website training guides. Following a personal application by the installer wishing to be trained, they will be sent a sample pack and a link to the website training area.
